Background
Use this guide in case you encounter an issue during campaign creation, where you cannot see the preview of ads when you select them from your creative library or during creation.
If none of the below resolves the issue, try contacting your IT, as they may have other network blockers that prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
Preview Availability in Native Planforms
Before trying the below, first make sure you are able to see the relevant posts/creatives in their original channels (For example, Instagram Organic Post)
Browser Support
Make sure you're using Chrome browser. We cannot guarantee the platform's functionality with other browsers.
Make sure it is updated to its latest version.
Extensions & Plugins
Disable any Ad Block extension you have installed on your browser, such as ublock, etc.
Make sure no other plugin is installed.
Chrome Security
Go to Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security Tab → Click on Security → Check that Standard Protection is selected:
Antivirus
Make sure Antivirus isn't blocking the Paragone application.
