Overview

The "Organization Management" feature introduces a suite of tools tailored for enhanced control and organization within the Paragone platform. This functionality enables users to structure their interaction with the platform systematically, with both mapping their organization structure & hierarchy, while also setting very granular permissions.

Key components include:

  • User Management - Ability to invite users, change their status, permissions and associate to teams.

  • Team Management - Ability to manage permissions for groups of users and associate to brands.

  • Brand Management - Ability to group ad accounts and pages under a single entity, and share it with relevant teams.

  • Permissions - Ability to set level of access to every feature and parameter in the platform.

  • Reporting & Activation synergy - Ability to utilize your organization settings for simpler analysis and campaign creation.

Terminology

Hierarchy

  • Users - List of all members of the organization that have signed up to the platform

  • Teams - A group of users that are connected to a group of brands

  • Brands -  A group of both ad accounts and pages

Permission levels

  • Admin - Has full access to the platform. This role is the only one that can change permissions and invite users.

  • Operator - Can create & manage reports, campaigns and automation strategies, but has limited access to organizational management.

  • Analyst - Can only create & manage reports, but cannot perform any actions on campaigns or create them.

  • Viewer - Can only view reports shared externally by other users.

  • Inherit - Permissions that are inherited from all the teams the user is part of. The level of permissions is defined by the highest level of permissions from the combination of the teams.

  • Custom - Custom permissions that are specified for each user or team

User Management

This page lists all of the users that have signed up to the platform, with their different parameters and settings.

You can also see which users were invited by toggling the "invites" button at the top.

On this page you can do the following:

  • Invite users - Simply click the "Invite new members" button, and input the email address, teams (optional) and the permission level.

  • Change user status - The current status of the users. Can be either Member, Suspended or Pending.

  • Assign teams - The associated teams of the user.

  • Set permissions - Permissions level of the user.

You cannot change permissions of a user that is part of a team. To do so, you must first remove all the teams that they are connected to.

Team Management

This page lists all of the teams that were created, with their associated users and brands.

On this page you can do the following:

  • Create teams - Simply click the "Create new team" button and input the name of your team.

  • View users - View the associated users with your team

  • Assign brands - Select all the brands that your teams will manage. This will limit the users to only view data & manage campaigns that are part of these brands only.

  • Set permissions - Setting these will make sure every user on this team will have the exact same permissions.

Brand Management

This page lists all of the brands that were created, with their associated ad accounts and pages.

On this page you can do the following:

  • Create brands - Simply click the "Create new brand" button and input the name of your brand.

  • Associate ad accounts - Assign all the ad accounts that you have imported into the platform. Doing so will share them with any user that has access to this brand.
You will only see the list of ad account that you've imported.
Each ad account can only be associated with one brand only.

  • Associate pages - Select all the pages relate to a brand. Doing so will limit the available pages when creating campaigns that are part of this brand's ad accounts.
If you see a list of "empty" pages, that means that your token is invalid and needs to be refreshed.

Permissions

We offer the most granular set of permissions for both users & teams that can be.

With this, you can control every aspect of the platform, making sure that everyone can do what they're supposed to do.

You cannot modify your own permissions or assign yourself to teams! This will avoid blocking your current access and level of permissions.

The types of access for each feature are:

  • Full - Gain full access to that feature. Hovering over this selection will show additional information.

  • Limited - Gain partial access to the feature. Hovering over this selection will show additional information.

  • None - No access to the feature

  • Custom - Specific list of capabilities that are relevant to the feature.

Reporting & Activation Synergy

Once you set up your organization, you will be able to:

  • Filter dashboards by brands - Select "Brand Name" under the "Ad account" category to filter your dashboards & widget to a specific brand(s).

  • Filter your ad accounts by brands - When creating a new campaign, filter your ad accounts by their brand & network, to easily find the ones that you need.
As mentioned, the ad account selected will also filter the available pages that are associated with it, through the brand settings.
