Cross-Channel Video Engagement Metrics

We've introduced a new category of metrics called "Video Engagement (Paid)".
This new category contains all video view metrics across all channels. Make sure to update your reports with these new ones!

UI/UX Improvements in activation

  • Updated design for the "Settings" step

  • Updated activation flow for TikTok, in both "Audiences" & "Creatives" steps

  • Added audience's estimation for TikTok in "Audiences" step


Bug fixes

Reporting

  • General

    • Fixed an issue where no data were displayed in the "Evolution of your column" graph when creating a custom column

    • Fixed an issue where no metrics were available when creating a widget

    • Fixed an issue where the "95% Video Views" metric could incorrectly display "100% Video Views" depending on the network

    • Added more logs to better investigate dashboard-related issues

    • Fixed an issue where the "infinite width" display mode of a campaign list widget wasn't responsive/did not adapt to the screen's sizes

    • Fixed an issue where the "Bounce rate" metric for Google Analytics was incorrectly displaying a ratio (e.g. 0.68%) instead of a percentage (e.g. 68%)

    • Fixed an issue where the Excel report of a dashboard wasn't working as expected

    • Fixed an issue where tables' header could not properly display the titles of the columns

    • Fixed an issue where dashboards could not properly display any data

    • Fixed an issue where the spend data tooltip of a dashboard was displaying blue figures on top of a blue background, making them hard to read

    • Fixed an issue where the title of a metric could be too long and hide it's value in the tree view of a reporting

  • Network specific

    • Fixed an issue where the data table of a Facebook campaign's reporting wasn't enabling the horizontal scrolling if too big for the screen

    • Fixed an issue where Google Analytics metrics weren't properly displayed in a dashboard after adding the "Campaign budget" metric to the mix

    • Fixed an issue where Twitter's data weren't properly retrieved/displayed

  • General

    • Fixed an issue where some buttons may randomly disappear from the action bar of the Creatives step

  • Network specific

    • Fixed an issue where some deprecated Facebook's advanced targeting options were still displayed in the Audiences step, but not usable

    • Fixed an issue where TikTok campaigns may not be properly created even if the animation was showing a success

    • Fixed an issue where sometimes, a selected creative wasn't properly kept at the Summary step of a Facebook's campaign creation flow

    • Fixed an issue where two Engagement objectives were displayed at the beginning of a Twitter campaign's creation flow

    • Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to successfully create a Traffic/Conversions campaign for TikTok

    • Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to successfully create an App Installs campaign for TikTok

    • Fixed an issue where the Creatives' library wasn't properly opening for Twitter's campaign creation flow

Other

  • Fixed an issue where input fields for strategies were preventing the user to type characters after adding a parameter from the library
