In all of the Campaign Reports, you'll find a button appearing when you select a level of a campaign (either the full campaign, and ad set or an ad)

Clicking this button will open a new window to show you all of the actions that happened from the creation of your campaign, until now, to the entity you chose:

You can then filter for the entity name:

The level:
​

Or the Action:
​

You can also filter by the "Actor" name, which will display the name of the person who did the action.
